Refund. It's been 3 weeks!!!!
- - Paid upfront to fund an ad campaign and requested refund of unused funds.

I feel like this company is ripping people off. I had to send them money to fund an ad campaign before I could put the campaign together using their app.
I ran into problems when I tried to upload media to use in the ads, so I contacted support and asked for the ad money that I never used back. They told me they would issue a refund. I have contacted support several times, and they keep insisting that the refund will be issued, but it's been over three weeks and I haven't gotten my money back. I had to file a dispute with my bank over the charge, and I am waiting for them to issue my money back as well.
Somehow, I'm getting my money back. I never spent it!

Terrible customer service
- - Funded $50 for ads; couldn't upload pictures or videos due to errors.

I put money in my account to fund the ads that I planned on running through the app. When I tried to upload pictures and videos to create the ad, I was given a bunch of errors no matter what pictures I chose and how I resized them.
It was never right. So I got frustrated and gave up, and I want my $50 back that I funded for my ads, and they will not give it back.
I've been waiting 12 days so far. Do not use this app.

Unable to Change Payment Method
- - Update payment method triggers a general error on Step 2 after Next, with OTP popup that appears and disappears after ~2 seconds, blocking Step 3.

Hope you are doing great. I tried updating my payment method, but I received this error message: "A general error has occurred.
Please try again." This error appears when I click the Next button on Step 2.
This error "A general error has occurred. Please try again." occurs when I complete Step 2 and click the Next button on step 2. A pop-up box appears indicating that an OTP is being sent to phone number, but after about 2 seconds, the box automatically disappears and the error message appears, as shown in the screenshot.
Because of this issue, I am unable to complete Step 2 and cannot proceed to Step 3 to fill out the tax form.
Could you please help me resolve this error so I can continue with the payment setup. Looking forward to hear from you soon.
